The first step of our Listing Strategy
and key to listing your property is to determine your home's current value. This is determined by conducting a real estate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
Using the information from the CMA we will determine an asking price that is competitive with other properties in your specific area.
Once I receive your information I will then search public records on your property. I will contact you to confirm accuracy of this information and provide you with a CMA! It's as easy as that!
