A true Floridian, Karen grew up in Milton, FL, and now resides in Pace, FL. Her father served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years and retired at NAS Whiting Field, which led Karen to place her roots in Northwest Florida. As a longtime local, Navarre and Pensacola Beach naturally became her backyard playground! Raised in a military family, she's had the opportunity to live on the West Coast, particularly in California and Hawaii. She's also traveled to the Philippines to experience her true heritage!
Karen has been married for over 30 years to her high school sweetheart. Together, James and Karen Cobb have three beautiful adult children, a son, and a daughter-in-law, along with two new grand dogs!
Karen's real estate experience ranges from being a licensed Mortgage Broker to a licensed Life Insurance Agent. For 12 years, she and her husband have established their own company working in the mortgage field service industry, allowing them to explore different states nationwide. The longtime business catered to bank-owned properties, including performing home inspections, rekey/door locks, winterizing, minor repairs, renovations, and preparing homes for resale. Based on her experience, Karen can genuinely say that she knows the inside and out of homes, recognizing factors that contribute to a house being deemed as safe and solid.
Karen's optimistic demeanor makes her an authentic people person. She lives by the Golden Rule- treat others the way you want to be treated. She strives to ensure all of your expectations are fulfilled from start to finish. Her favorite motto is "Home is where your heart is."

When not engaged in real estate, Karen enjoys beach time, indulging in local restaurants with her family, and working as the founder and leader of a nonprofit organization, bringing faith and community to women.
