The West Tower began construction in 2009 but faltered when the real estate bubble came along, remaining unfinished until 2013. While we think this resort is extremely nice overall, we especially recommend looking into buying one of these "new" condos with all new appliances, and presenting you with the ability to choose your floor plan from those left out of eight different two and three bedroom options. End units are a bit higher, and penthouses are available up to $700,000.

The resort as a whole is unparalleled in luxury and refinement. Sitting on the edge of the sand and waves is the beautiful pool that is the largest on Navarre Beach is irresistible to the eye and includes a hot tub to sooth the senses.
