The Navarre Beach Regency reigns over 400-feet of beach along the Gulf front. With only nine floors and 106 units, it is one of the least crowded condominium towers on Navarre Beach. The resort is directly on the beach, with lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent seasonally.
The most spacious two- and three-bedroom units on the island, each unit providing a panoramic view of the Gulf from large, private balconies. The beach is accessible by way of the handicap-friendly walkway, or you can take a few steps across Gulf Boulevard and enjoy the boating activities on the Santa Rosa Sound. The city of Navarre and all the attractions are just across the bridge to the mainland.
Condos feature nine-foot ceilings with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the master suite and great room. The extra-large balconies provide an incredible view of the Gulf and beach. Prices vary depending on number of bedrooms, size, upgrades, and sometimes location in the tower. Originally built in 1996, most units have renovations with all the luxury additions.
An inviting beachfront pool stretches across the back of the tower. There is an elevator and key-less entry for convenience, and a picnic area with charcoal grills. You will also find a fitness center on the first floor of the building. Parking is provided for two cars per unit.
Some owners have adopted the beach lifestyle and made the Regency their home, while others purchased to have a private vacation condo. During off-season months there are a variety of social events for the long term residents and "snow birds" to enjoy the seasonal festivities during the fall, winter, and spring. Rental income can be year-round.
The Regency is a favorite destination for those looking for a place to get away and unwind in any season, and a great choice as an investment rental property.
