An inviting beachfront pool stretches across the back of the tower. There is an elevator and keyless entry for convenience, and a picnic area with charcoal grills. You will also find a fitness center on the first floor of the building. Parking is provided for two cars per unit.

Some owners have adopted the beach lifestyle and made the Regency their home, while others purchased it for a private vacation condo. During off-season months there are a variety of social events for the long-term residents and "snowbirds" to enjoy the seasonal festivities during the fall, winter, and spring. Rental income can be year-round.
