Deer Point is one of the most prestigious neighborhood in Gulf Breeze. Located at the very tip end of the Fairpoint Peninsula, Deer Point Drive runs along Santa Rosa Sound where it meets Pensacola Bay, There are homes on both sides of the street; Some have direct waterfront access priced from $1.2 to $1.5 million, and others sit across the street from the Sound, offering views without the boat access (or expense). Their backyards overlook Shoreline Park Nature Preserve, and homes not on the sound are priced about $500,000 to 600,000.
