Some have mother-in-law suites.

This neighborhood is located on the northeastern side of the community, close to the golf clubhouse and tennis courts. There are several ponds located all around, offering some nice water views in addition to the greens of the golf course. A private community pool services just the owners in the Lost Key Plantation. A shuttle is provided by the new beach club on the Gulf Coast to give residents easy access.

In addition to the existing single-family homes in Lost Key, Lennar has started preconstruction homes around the new Beach Club Facility, and across the street from the Gulf on Perdido Key Beach.
