The Scenic Hills Country Club was purchased by the University of West Florida, offering several popular communities for college alumni as well as avid golfers. Holley by the Sea is one of the largest planned communities in Northwest Florida, with over 5,000 homes and lots, including the subdivision of Hidden Creek Estates, located on the Hidden Creek Golf Course.
