Homes near UWF and Scenic Hills Country Club

Located only eleven miles north of downtown Pensacola, the University of West Florida-Scenic Hills North area is remarkable for its rolling hills and beautiful oak-lined streets. The UWF is the largest university in the area and offers undergraduate and Masters degrees as well as a Doctorate program in Education. UWF consists of three colleges: Arts and Sciences, Business, and Professional Studies. The main campus includes a wildlife refuge of 160 acres and is bordered by the Escambia River and the Escambia Bay.

Just south of the college are many subdivisions of homes that are convenient to the alumni of the University as well as being next to its newly acquired golf course and country club, Scenic Hills.
