Betmark Place is located just off E 10-Mile Road, in between Chemstrand and Pensacola Blvd. It's not too far west of Scenic Hills Country Club and is considered in that general area. However, Betmark is notably different in that it is considered agricultural land, and will qualify for 100% financing with a USDA loan.

The brick homes here were built in 2007, with a limited number of newer homes added in 2014 and 2016. They are traditional style homes of three and four bedrooms, with 2 car garages and lots of .16 of an acre. Some have covered or screened front porches, and some have screened back porches or lanais. Most of the homes have all the upgrades like granite countertops, hardwood flooring, vaulting ceilings, and recessed lighting.

Many of the lots are fenced, especially in the back, and mature trees were maintained throughout. The yards are sodded and immaculate, and utilities are underground. Betmark backs up to the Ashton Brosnaham Park and Sportsplex, providing multiple athletic fields, soccer and softball, a covered pavilion with picnic area, and a dog park. The park is a great place for kids and furbabies.

If you're looking for a moderately priced newer home with low yard maintenance, close to Scenic Hills Country Club or the University, this is an excellent community to visit in your search. Butler Foods grocery is just down the street and many restaurants are located several blocks away on 9-Mile Road. This location is convenient to everything Pensacola has to offer.

This is a small community and not many homes become available. If you are interested, you may need to get on a list to be notified when a home is listed for sale. Maple Oaks is a very similar neighborhood with new construction and newly built homes on the west side of the park. Madison Place is just south of Betmark, across 9-Mile Rd.
