Lost Key - Lennar Home Builders are developing new townhomes and villas in this popular golf course community, as well as new single-family homes on the beachfront near the new 5,000 sq ft Beach Club and amenity center. Lost Key residents enjoy the golf course, multiple pools and hot tubs, the new clubhouse with fitness center, pool and dining options. Boat slips and access are available at the Lost Key Marina. Townhome prices are in the $300,000's and Villas around $500,000. Beachfront home prices have not been announced.
