New Homes for Sale in Beulah and Pine Forest 

Beulah offers a country feel with substantial trees, pastures, and green area. This is home to a wonderful Equestrian Center and the headquarters of the Navy Federal Credit Union with its Heritage Oaks Commerce Park. Buelah is directly on the Perdido River to its west. Pine Forest is a street on the eastern tip of the Beulah district, popular for its proximity to Navy Federal and the excellent Pine Forest schools.

Much of Beulah consists of newer subdivisions developed in the last five to ten years, and builders are still adding more. Huntington Creek - A gorgeous gated subdivision with many different builders, including DR Horton, Truland, Classic Homes, and Westerheim. Bordered by Hwy 90 and Northwestern Pensacola, this community backs up to a protected nature preserve and offers private access to a park nearby. Perfect for horse-lovers as it's just down the road from the Equestrian Center. Priced from $350,000 to $600,000.
