Beulah offers a country feel with substantial trees, pastures, and green area. This is home to a wonderful Equestrian Center and the headquarters of the Navy Federal Credit Union with its Heritage Oaks Commerce Park. Buelah is directly on the Perdido River to its west. Pine Forest is a street on the eastern tip of the Beulah district, popular for its proximity to Navy Federal and the excellent Pine Forest schools.
Much of Beulah consists of newer subdivisions developed in the last five to ten years, and builders are still adding more. The Equestrian Center shares the border with Northwest Pensacola, as does the beautiful new Huntington Creek subdivision, about a mile to the east. Nature Trail - An established and very sought-after gated community with a clubhouse, large pool, fitness center, playground, and tennis courts. Paragon Custom Homes are building new homes here with all the upgrades such as designer kitchens with quartz countertops and all gas utilities. These new brick homes come in three, four, and five bedrooms, with prices ranging from $300,000 to $500,000.
Daniels Grove - Very near Navy Federal CU, these are very nice homes with a community pond. They offer quarter-acre lots for three and four bedroom new homes that range in price from $250,000 to $300,000.
Beulah Oaks - Beulah Oaks is a 20 lot subdivision that incorporated many 100-year-old oak trees when it was developed. Homes are three-bedroom and two-bath with all the upgrades, including Carrier 14 SEER HVAC systems as well as energy efficient insulation and appliances. Homes have sodded yards and underground utilities. This community is a must-see with prices under $200,000! Near the Equestrian Center and Perdido River, too.
Bridlewood - New homes from DR Horton next to the Equestrian Center on Hwy 90. They offer affordable one and two-story, three and four-bedroom homes from $160,000 to around $200,000. Perfect for horse lovers and a still a short drive to Navy Federal as well as the Perdido River boat ramp.
Vintage Creek - DR Horton homes with a community pool and pavilion, off 90 near the river and down the road from the Equestrian Center. These four and five-bedroom brick homes are in a gated community that features a pool and clubhouse. Only two miles to Perdido River and three miles to Navy Federal CU. Priced around $450,000.
Huntington Creek - A gorgeous gated subdivision with many different builders, including DR Horton, Truland, Classic Homes, and Westerheim. Bordered by Hwy 90 and Northwestern Pensacola, this community backs up to a protected nature preserve and offers private access to a park nearby. Perfect for horse-lovers as it's just down the road from the Equestrian Center. Priced from $350,000 to $600,000.
