Plantation Woods is a sprawling community near East Milton, and right off Hwys 10/90. Originally developed around 2007, there have been multiple builders in multiple phases throughout the years, with some built as recently as 2021. Because of this variety of homes, the prices can vary widely for 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. All are brick, and lot sizes are extra large, ranging from 1/3 acre to 3/4 acres. The sizes of the homes range from 1200 sq ft to 3350 sq ft. There are no restrictions here, either. NO HOA!
Inside the homes, many of the expected upgrades are included, such as granite countertops, walk-in closets, and energy-efficient appliances. But the newest homes are usually larger, have designer kitchens, luxurious baths with jacuzzi tubs, custom cabinetry, and premium wood flooring. With such oversized yards, many homes have private pools, including the older ones. Truly, this is one community that offers everything from starter homes to huge luxury homes with mother-in-law suites and outdoor entertainment areas.
Located so close to the highways, Plantation Woods is convenient to the military bases, downtown Milton, all of Pensacola, and even the Navarre beaches. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping will all be found nearby. The East Milton Park and Community Gym is a few blocks away as well.
