Growing up on the Emerald Coast, Hollee Thornton is a rare part of the population- a true Florida native. She graduated from the University of West Florida and began her career working in advertising and marketing in different locations around the country. Hollee lived in Switzerland for a number of years and speaks a little German, because of this, she really has special empathy for people relocating to and from other countries.

After returning home to the Emerald Coast and forever interested in the advantages to wealth building through real estate investment, Hollee made the career change to real estate sales. Her background in marketing and advertising has given her clients a critical advantage when preparing their homes for sale and trying to present their property to optimize its features.

She has a passion for helping people find their dream homes, but also balancing their portfolio with hard assets like land and vacation rentals. From first time homeowners to someone building their last retirement home- helping navigate the details of negotiations, inspections, and financing "are some of the most fulfilling opportunities in my business" says Hollee.

Being featured on HGTV Beach Front Bargain Hunt in 2022 was a fun experience and has given her the reputation for being able to land great deals. When Hollee is not comparing home values or local market trends, she loves spending time scuba diving, hiking, creating art, and traveling with her family. Over the years Hollee has helped over 50 families build wealth through real estate.
