Born in the “Big Easy” and raised on the Emerald Coast. Katie is a rising realtor who assists buyers and sellers in residential real estate throughout Northwest Florida. As a resident of Fort Walton Beach and Navarre since 1996, Katie has developed a deep understanding of the local area and current real estate market.
In 2008, she began a career in hospitality at one of the largest beach resorts on Okaloosa Island. She worked diligently to become the Catering Sales Manager for over five years, coordinating and contriving events for the US Armed Forces, military organizations, non-profit organizations, corporate conventions, intimate weddings, and more.
Coming from a family of successful entrepreneurs, Katie took her ten years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and management to become a comprehensive real estate agent who assists first-time home buyers and dedicated investors with their unique needs.
Whether taking her family boogie boarding at Opal Beach, relaxing on the calm waters of the Choctawhatchee Bay, boating down East Bay River, tubing down Blackwater River, kayaking on Rocky Bayou, or just jumping in the pool, Katie enjoys creating memories and raising her family right here in paradise!
