Audrey Plantation is another of the Beulah area communities, and its HOA states it as "designed with young and growing families in mind." This community features 45 traditional brick homes on 1/4 acre home-sites, with four bedrooms and two-car garages. There is an HOA with very reasonable annual fees. Although most are four bedrooms, the square footage can range from 1800 to 2600 sq ft. 

Much of the community was built maintaining the natural trees, and a large part of it is bordered by natural forestry and several small ponds. The homes are quite beautiful and well-maintained, yet they are priced right for younger families. Natural gas is available for heating and fireplaces, and most have backyard patios with room to build a pool if desired. Children will attend Pine Forest High School, and Beulah Middle School is just a few blocks north. The Beulah Regional Park is about two blocks away on Mobile Hwy, which quickly connects to I-10 to access all that Pensacola has to offer.

If you're in the market for a more reasonably priced home that you can be proud of, this community is a great place to start.
