Blackberry Ridge is a family-oriented subdivision on the more rural side of NW Pensacola. Located just off Beulah Rd and Frank Reeder Rd, it is bordered on two sides by farmland or forests. One long side borders a horse farm, with views of the pastures and ponies. The 178-acre Escambia County Parks and Recreation Equestrian Center is also in Beulah. The facility sponsors horse and dog shows, rodeos, and has an indoor and outdoor arena with exercise rings and other events. If you love horses, this is the neighborhood you want to live in!
The Blackberry Ridge community was developed around 2006-2008, with all-brick homes, quarter-acre-plus lots, and two-car garages. Most are ranch style, with 3-5 bedrooms, and average between $300,000 and $450,000 in price. They are just down the street from the Daniel's Grove homes, and are somewhat less expensive.
The community is located just minutes from the new Publix shopping center, Navy Federal Credit Union, and has convenient access to Interstate10, which allows you to go anywhere in Pensacola within 30 minutes for dining, shopping, medical needs, or the beach. Children attend Beulah Elementary and Middle Schools, and Tate High School - some of the best in the area.
If this sounds like the place you'd choose to live, give us a call and let us find you a Blackberry Ridge home for sale or any of the other developments in Beulah. We would love to show you this peaceful country community!
