The development was built in 2 stages, the largest section being the first with 1/5 acre lots and slightly smaller homes. The newer section is on a cul de sac above it, with 4 bedroom homes built as late as 2007, offering 1/4 acre lots and averaging a bit more square footage.

The location of Crystal Creek makes it perfect for Navy personnel as well as civilians working at NAS, only a 15-minute drive away. It's also just 7 miles from Navy Federal Credit Union, about 10 miles to downtown Pensacola, and then the beach. It's also close to great schools such as Beulah Elementary, Bellview Middle School, and Pine Forest High School, making it perfect for families with children.

With the oversized lots just begging to be taken advantage of, the possibilities are endless - within the HOA rules.
