Crystal Creek is another very popular subdivision in Pine Forest, with 250 homes developed in the beginning of 2000. The development was built in 2 stages, the largest section being the first with 1/5 acre lots and slightly smaller homes. The newer section is on a cul de sac above it, with 4 bedroom homes built as late as 2007, offering 1/4 acre lots and averaging a bit more square footage. Prices range from the low $300,000's to around $360,000.

The location of Crystal Creek makes it perfect for Navy personnel as well as civilians working at NAS, only a 15-minute drive away. It's also just 7 miles from Navy Federal Credit Union, about 10 miles to downtown Pensacola and then the beach.
