Homes for Sale in Baywoods off Scenic Hwy

Baywoods is another older neighborhood located directly south of Whisper Way near the top of Scenic Hwy. Though some of the Baywoods homes are on the same streets as Whisper Way, these houses are much more affordable. With most homes less than 2,000 square foot in size, there are a few larger homes as well.

The Baywoods community is peaceful and pretty, with sidewalks and underground utilities to encourage enjoying the outdoors. The homes were built in the late 1970's and 1980's, and the yards are lined with mature live oaks that canopy the streets and cool those hot Florida days with shade. Most have been well-maintained and updated, and a few have backyard pools.

All the communities along Scenic Hwy enjoy the easy convenience to the Bay and Downtown and all it offers. Baywoods also has the Baywood Park, and the Gull Point Community Resource Center, which offers dance classes and recitals for children. The park has sports fields and playgrounds.
