The number Pensacola Beach homes for sale has decreased by more than 70% since 2007.
Perdido Key is a seller's market. There are some deals for buyers and investors of beach property, as well as waterfront real estate since prices are still lower in the Florida Panhandle as compared to other beach communities of East and South Florida.
