Central Pensacola is a large section of the city, north of downtown proper. It follows Hwy 110 up to the border of Ensley, near the Christian College. To the east, it takes in part of East Hill, and to the west it runs along Hwy 90, bordering West Pensacola. Folks love living here for many reasons. Prices are lower than downtown, yet it is just minutes from all the attractions and dining there. Pensacola High School is nearby, and public transportation is available. There are golf courses to enjoy, shopping in several areas such as Cordova, and excellent medical facilities including Baptist Hospital.
