Southwest Pensacola is the prime part of the city for those who need to be near the Naval Air Station. Sunrise - Holiday Builders' gated community with underground utilities and tropical landscaping. Near the Big Lagoon, it offers a community spot by a large lake and lots of natural areas. Close to shopping and the NAS. 24 floorplans are available, although many homes have already been sold here. New homes come in three, four, and five-bedroom floorplans from 2,200 to 2,865 sq ft.
